A community that will make you fall in love with running by running slowly. No speed goals, no regime, no boring routes.

We promote running at a slow conversational pace, with no stress over route and mileage planning or hitting speed or distance goals. Leave all of that to us and just enjoy the run. 

Methodology

Low speed

Guided sessions at a conversational pace (around 6.0 - 6.5 mins per km).  Beginners have separate sessions

Drop-offs

We adapt the sessions to fit all participants fitness levels by tailoring the route around drop-off points

Diverse routes

Every session is different. We go around the town and town parks. From 1km to 20km, we make it flexible each time

Once a week

Consistency is the hardest and we are here to motivate, not train for races. After office hours, no delay

Drop-in based

Pay participation for sessions you actually show up for, no memberships

Build your stamina

Proven training methodology. Build your aerobic base and overall fitness

We use this methodology to help you start running and most importantly to teach you how to stay a runner. Let us motivate your consistency.

Drop-in  runs with stretching, mobility exercises and speed increase intervals. This session are not regular.   Follow our social media for updates. Start is on  the main city square.

Our vision is to promote running as a form of recreation with no constraint for us to be the best or the fastest. The idea is to just run, enjoy it and do no harm to your body or ego.
